Please Read all the Terms and Conditions Carefully
- Start / End Km and Hours are calculated from garage to garage.
- Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the email conversations will also be part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
- Duty Slip to be filled by the customer; no disputes are entertained.
- Parking, Toll, and State Entry fees are directly paid by the customer.
- Sightseeing will be done as per the itinerary (Vehicle would not be allowed to go off the route.)
- BookUrTaxi Cabs Service reserves the right to provide you with a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- All additional charges will be payable directly to the driver by cash.
- AC will not work in all hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked.
- Under no circumstances is the driver instructed to exceed the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
- BookUrTaxi Cabs Service shall be entitled to terminate any booking at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to the Customer.
- For airport/railway transfers, it is the customer's responsibility to call the cab with enough notice to make it for the connecting journey. Any delay caused by traffic, etc., will not be the responsibility of https://www.bookurtaxi.com.
- Kindly check the vehicle before leaving. We are not responsible for any loss of bags/articles. BookUrTaxi Cabs Service encourages all its customers to take full responsibility for their luggage/belongings. In case of any loss from the taxi during the journey, Home Cabs shall not be held responsible for such loss or damage.
- Due to any reason if the vehicle breaks down due to technical issues, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor problems that won't take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
- Drivers will not drive in No Entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that can create traffic jams. Normal working hours for drivers are 12 hours. If you require services for more than 12 hours a day, kindly inform us in advance.
- In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety risks. Kindly cooperate with this rule.
- Pick-up and drop-off points will be one location only. If multiple pickups and drops are required, please mention this in the email conversation before booking.
- If you want to make multiple visits to a particular place, kindly mention it in advance as some places have very high parking charges.
- Tour destinations or routes cannot be changed without prior notice (Amended route and tour destination rates may change).
- The rates are subject to change depending on the fluctuation of diesel/petrol prices in India. If the prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates were confirmed earlier.
- We reserve the right to provide you with a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- At many tourist destinations and hill stations, some roads, shopping markets, and mall roads have "NO ENTRY" restrictions for all or some larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such situations, guests must manage another available mode of transport at an additional cost and on a direct payment basis; this cost is not included in the package.
- Sometimes the vehicle parking area is a little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking area at their own cost.
- Vehicles will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits, or substitute sightseeing, kindly contact the company. Refunds are not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. If you want any excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in case of issues with some particular places, we can adjust.
- No refund will be provided for short stays or unused facilities.
- No cancellation or refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes, or problems at airlines, railways, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
- The company is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, or theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
Term and Conditions For Tour Package
- As mandated by the Government of India, all Indian and Foreign Nationals must present valid identification upon check-in. Acceptable documents include: Passport and Visa together, Voter ID card, and Current Driver's License. All documents must contain a photograph.
- Accommodation providers, such as hotels and camps, may refuse entry if proper ID proof is not provided. The company is not liable for any issues related to ID proof.
- For additional adults, many hotels offer an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Please inform us in advance if you prefer an extra bed.
- It is assumed that the tourist is medically fit for the tour. If you have any allergies (especially food-related) or serious health issues, please inform us beforehand.
- Some smaller hotels and resorts do not have elevators. Please let us know in advance if you have difficulty with stairs.
- The standard check-in and check-out time at hotels in India is 12:01 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact the hotel directly to inquire about complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
- Many hotels charge extra for amenities like room heaters or WiFi. These charges are not included in the standard package and must be paid directly to the hotel.
- If meals are included in the package, they will be served as a buffet, fixed menu, or meal credit. Items not included in the standard buffet or fixed menu will be charged extra. During periods of low occupancy, some hotels may offer a meal credit instead of a buffet or fixed menu; any charges exceeding the meal credit must be paid directly to the hotel. Room service or food packing is often charged extra.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any service without a refund until full advance payment is received and accepted. The company may alter the features or functionality of services at any time without notice.
- BookUrTaxi Cabs Service explicitly disclaims any implied warranties under the laws of jurisdictions outside of India. BookUrTaxi Cabs Service submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
